Kathy is a 1983 graduate of Forest Park High School. She attended the University of Cincinnati and received her Associate Nursing degree in 2002 from the Christ Hospital School of Nursing. She completed her Bachelor’s in Nursing Science at Miami University while working in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. In 2016, she graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Masters's in Nursing Science.
She is a board-certified nurse practitioner. For the past few years, she has been pursuing her interest in Functional, Preventive, and Restorative medicine. In 2019, Kathy became Certified in weight loss and Health Coaching by Optavia in partnership with MacDonald Center for Obesity Prevention and Education & M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing at Villanova University.
Most recently she completed her training and certification in Bioidentical Hormone Therapy and has the desire to inspire and empower others to achieve optimal health and wellness.
Kathy lives in Lima and enjoys reading, traveling, cycling, walking, and hiking with her two dogs and spending time with family and friends.
